How do I login to buy?
At “Register Here” hyperlinks above and in the footer, M-F between 9:00 am – 12:00 pm CT when a team member is available to process your registration. If your registration is received after 12:00 pm CT, it will be processed on the following business day.
What is the shipping policy?
We ship throughout North America, typically via UPS.
What is the approximate lead time needed?
Approximately 2 to 4-week lead time (if a pattern is available).
What metals do you cast?
Aluminum and Brass (yellow and red).
What are the types of finishes?
Finishes vary. For example, we can provide a patina in different gradients.
Do you allow for custom orders?

What finish on the memorial and house number plaques?
Standard background finish appears as a soft leather. Pebble, sand, or coral background finishes are also available with a graphics charge.
